I started sharing some monthly workout templates on my story back in June of 2020, and soon enough I was getting requests to turn it into a little digital planner for the new year! So I did :)
If you need a way to keep track of your consistency with your workouts during the month, or just a little extra motivation, then this planner is perfect for you!
The planner is in a PDF format which you can easily screenshot and begin to fill out. I recommend you do NOT fill it out on Instagram directly because it hurts the quality, instead use an app like Canva or the one I use: Over!
